The superb Salina 48 is an extremely comfortable offshore cruiser, designed with an emphasis on stability and spaciousness.
The yacht's length (48ft/14.30m) gives it a very streamlined shape with a low centre of gravity for maximum comfort, safety and stability at sea. The 136m sail plan prevents pitching in rough seas and ensures fast sailing with no heeling over.
Designed by the Berret Racoupeau team of architects, the Salina 48 design boasts a number of revolutions in terms of shape and onboard living:
The light and breezy saloon features wraparound windows with a 360 degree panoramic view. The saloon and cockpit are on the same level with sliding door access that when open, effectively doubles your living and entertaining space.
The raised helm station can seat three people and all manoeuvring is conveniently controlled from this one central location. Linked to the cockpit, access is direct, protecting the helmsman but not isolating him from the rest of the crew.
In the cockpit, a spacious, sheltered dining area opens out onto the lounge area and a decadent sunbathing deck with mattress, providing yet more space for relaxation.
Each of the cabins boast magnificent sea views from the generous portholes while the low beds, private bathrooms and passageways without thresholds enhance the overall sense of luxury and space.
The Salina 48 is available in two versions; The Quatuor version comprises four cabins and four bathrooms while the Maestro version has a private owner’s suite separate to the guest accommodation.
